Key Handling Form

Paws for Adventure LLC requires all Clients to complete a Key Handling Form. If you choose to keep a key on file, please provide Paws for Adventure LLC with two (2) copies of your house key during your initial Meet & Greet or provide preferred instructions for key pick up. All keys in Paws for Adventure LLC’s possession will be safely locked in a lock box/safe when not in use and will be filed by code rather than your name or address. Keys will be returned promptly after service or kept on file per your request. This agreement is effective from today’s date and is between Paws for Adventure LLC, the pet walker/sitter (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), and you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”)

*Hide-a-Key

By initialing below, client acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for any “hide-a-keys” left for Paws for Adventure LLC, such as under a doormat or hidden on-premises, and understands the security risk for the Client, Client’s home, Client’s pet(s), and Owner. Paws for Adventure LLC will not be held responsible for any keys that the Client leaves out (“hide-a-keys”) for the Owner. Security risks include but are not limited to: person watching where key placement is, accessibility of key, and vulnerability to theft. Client acknowledges these risks and accepts all liability.

This agreement is effective from today’s date and by signing below, I am accepting this document as a contractual agreement. Once completed and reviewed by Paws for Adventure LLC, a copy of the signed document will be sent to me using the email address I provided.
